How fast is the setup?

Most websites are live in under 2 minutes. You upload your content or point the agent at your site, adjust the persona, then paste a single embed snippet before your closing body tag. There is nothing to install and no server to configure.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. Training, persona, branding, colours and the conversation flow are all configured from the dashboard. The only code you touch is one line of embed snippet, and on WordPress, Shopify or WooCommerce you paste it into your theme's header or footer setting.

What content can I train the chatbot on?

Documents, PDFs and FAQ text. The agent uses retrieval-augmented generation, so it answers from your uploaded content rather than making things up. Knowledge base size depends on your plan: 2 MB on the trial, 5 MB on Starter and 25 MB on Growth and Pro. More detail on training on your own data.

Can it send WhatsApp alerts when I get a lead?

Yes. When a conversation produces a lead or a proposal request, Bitsa AI captures the details as a structured record and notifies you by email and WhatsApp straight away, so you can follow up while the visitor is still interested.

Is my data secure?

Your uploaded content is used only to answer your own visitors' questions, and the widget runs only on the domains you authorise, so nobody can lift your snippet onto another site. Full detail is in our privacy policy.

What are credits and how many do I need?

Credits are consumed as your agent answers conversations. The free trial includes 200, Starter 1,200, Growth 4,000 and Pro 10,000 per 30-day period. For a typical small business website Starter covers ordinary enquiry volume comfortably.

Can I cancel anytime, and is GST included?

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard, with no cancellation fees. Prices are shown without GST; 18% GST applies, and Indian registered businesses get a GST invoice automatically.

Can I remove the "Powered by Bitsa AI" branding?

Yes. Branding removal is included in the Growth and Pro plans, along with full customisation and a custom AI persona.
